Swisscom Mobile is the leading cell phone provider on the Swiss market. Efficient and quick-response management of existing customers is key to maintaining and consolidating this position. The more than 1.6 million written customer inquiries received every year need to be processed and replied to as quickly as possible. In order to meet the extraordinary demand for speed and quality, Swisscom Mobile needed a high degree of IT-based process automation in the area of incoming mail combined with the complete networking of existing downstream systems.

Thanks to the NEPAL (New Paperless Customer Care) project and the automated incoming mail solution CaptureMail, Swisscom Mobile increases its throughput in customer care and saves time and money: the processes are streamlined and efficient, and existing systems have been fully integrated. The speed of processing customer inquiries is high while still ensuring top quality.
