These questions take center stage for me and I also dealt with them in my dissertation on the process of structural change in telecommunication. I want to optimize processes; harmonize technology, organization and humans; promote integration. Therefore, as entrepreneur, today I design fully integrated processes together with our customers."

Reinhard Ammann. Co-founder of Interact. "I finished my academic studies at St. Gallen University and afterwards worked as system analyst and management consultant at IBM Switzerland. By connecting business administration and computer science I developed my very own knowledge and experience base for the implementation of efficient information systems."
